CUSTOM 3D PRINTER DESIGN
At BD Prototypes, we recently undertook an exciting project to design a state-of-the-art 3D printer for a prominent company based in the UK. This project showcased our expertise in innovative product development and precision engineering. Our team meticulously researched and identified the specific needs of our client, ensuring that the new 3D printer would meet and exceed their expectations.

Smart Water Quality Sensor
We developed a water monitoring device using rapid prototyping leveraging off-the-shelf components to measure parameters such as pH, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen. The system included BLE and LTE connectivity for real-time data transmission and a weather-resistant enclosure for field use. We are now evolving the design into a final product with a custom PCB and optimized electronics for long-term deployment.

Wearable device
BD Prototypes developed a wearable safety device featuring a compact form factor, optimized battery life, and reliable BLE connectivity. We also developed the companion app and designed custom PCBs and enclosures, supporting the transition toward a production-ready solution.
